That’s why we designed the structure of our degree and our courses to ensure that our graduates are pushed to think beyond HR and understand how it can add value to a firm’s competitive advantage.

In addition to the world’s foremost HR faculty, we are also fortunate to have very dedicated and active alumni who participate in a variety of events. Perhaps their most active contributions are through guest lectures in MHRM courses, enabling our current students to draw upon the experiences of our alumni in the workplace. This kind of unique and powerful resource is just one of many that make our program the comprehensive and strategic in the world.
