Professor Human Resource Management
Bio:
(Ph.D., Michigan State University, business management and organizational behavior) received the 2004 Cummings Scholar Award from the Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management and was among the top 5% of published authors in two of the top human resource management journals during the 1990s. Her current research interests focus on strategic talent management, recruitment and staffing, leadership and team effectiveness, and learning organizations and innovation. Her work has appeared in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Small Group Research, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. She has served or is currently serving on the Editorial Boards of Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Personnel Psychology. Her applied work includes the creation and evaluation of strategic recruitment programs, coaching on enhancing leadership performance and the effectiveness of work teams, and the development and evaluation of employee survey programs.
