Professor Human Resource Management

Bio:

(Ph.D., Northwestern University, management) studies the interaction between public and private employment policy. His research interests include benefit/cost analysis and program evaluation, and the application of financial analysis to human resource management and labor relations. He has been principal investigator for over $3.6 million in grants. His articles have been published in Industrial Relations, Journal of Risk and Insurance, Evaluation Review, Policy Studies Journal, and other publications.
